Plant upgrades
Current Status
EIRSD along with the district engineer (J-U-B Engineers, Inc. https://www.jub.com/ and Construction Manager/General Contractor (GSE Construction https://www.gseconstruction.com/ are continuing with construction of the plant upgrades. Progress is going well, and project completion is anticipated in the Spring of 2027.
