Plant upgrades
Current Status
EIRSD has selected and contracted with J-U-B Engineers, Inc. (www.jub.com) to provide engineering services and GSE Construction http://www.gseconstruction.com/ to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services. GSE is currently working with J-U-B on enhancements of the project design and validation of estimated costs and will be providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal. The design of the Plant Upgrades is progressing well and moving towards completion.
TARGETED OVERALL SCHEDULE
· Construction:
· Project 1 – Biological Basin and Blower Building -- Thru Spring 2025
· Project 2 – Membrane Filtration and Preliminary Treatment –- 2024 thru 2026
